Hi, friends! It’s been a few weeks! Between traveling and catching a cold, January made for a pretty crazy month!

Today I wanted to share with you an amazing company that spreads love by giving back. My look: I’m swooning over this black and white geometric scarf. I can literally pair it with anything and the fabric (70% modal, 30% silk) makes it a fashionable, year-round accessory. Only one week left til Christmas… Eek! I still have so much to do!

Today I’m sharing this amazing poncho that’s less than $40! Seriously, a steal. I’ll be linking several other reasonable ones as this particular style goes in and out of stock quickly. I love pairing these with skinny jeans and a great tee, or leggings and a over-sized tunic. Ponchos give a more causal look but can go with just about anything. Another tip: I love throwing this piece in my bag and using it as my own personal blanket when I travel.

Good morning, friends! If you’re a southern girl like me, you’ll understand my rant. We do not have seasons in Houston! This means tank tops up until November, cut-offs all year round and maxis in December. However, you don’t have to be from the south to be able to transform your favorite maxi into a winter look.

Today I’m sharing my favorite maxi from The Stylish Orchid. Seriously, how gorgeous is this sage green during December? A break from that go-to holiday red (which a happen to love). During this time of the year it’s all about layering! In Houston, this wasn’t necessary but I loved pairing this maxi with my go-to Balenciaga moto jacket to make this look practical for cooler temps. You can also layer up by adding a mid-weight wool sweater over the maxi, creating a skirt-like effect, a light-weight cardigan, or by wrapping up with your favorite scarf and a great pair of OTK boots. The options are endless.

New week, new goals! Is it sad that one of them is to complete my Christmas shopping list? 🙂

Happy Tuesday, friends! The weather has been amazing the past few days in Houston. For us Houstonians this means cooler weather and less humidity. Fingers crossed it continues. Today I’m sharing this light-weight Leith sleeveless sweater dress, which happens to be perfect for us gals in the South. I love pieces that incorporate pockets and this dress does just that! I paired this look with my go-to Kristin Cavallari’s open peep toe booties. I love how universal this look is– I can wear it to just about anything.

Happy Friday, loves! Is everyone ready for Halloween? I can’t believe it’s already here?! Looking forward to seeing lots of pictures of little ones and pets all spooked out. Will you be dressing up? If so, do share what you’ll be! I’ll be spending Halloween trick-or-treating with my adorable niece.

Today I’m sharing this super fun, wide-legged jumpsuit by Wayf. I’m pretty sure I could live in this piece. Jumpsuits are extremely versatile and comfortable, if you haven’t tried one yet don’t be afraid of these babies! They’re quite easy to dress up, too. Pair one with a tailored blazer and heels for a date night, or keep it causal with ballet flats and a top knot. It’s a win-win. If there’s one thing I love, it’s a great romper. Ease and comfort while still looking chic– it’s hard not to be a fan of these babies! This adorable romper from The Stylish Orchid is just that. I love the look of this romper because it’s universal– I can pair this look with boho gladiators and a great sun hat and wear it throughout the summer, or throw on some OTK boots, a great fitted blazer and scarf and be ready for the Fall. Okay, ladies. The common craving this fall is the need for tweed! Tweed is tailored and classic– and it’s back. If you’re fortunate enough to break out your mom’s vintage coat, go right ahead (and I envy you!). For those not so fortunate, I’m listing some great options below that will cover you in chunky tweed delight. For example, an investment tweed jacket or pencil skirt is timeless. I’m currently wearing this bell-bottom long-sleeve Zara dress paired with these fringe friendly Matiko sandals and a floppy brim fedora hat from Nordstrom. Voilà.

Hi friends! So, this Fall weather has me chatting about my absolute favorite piece of clothing to wear– the jacket. I’ll find any excuse to purchase a great, nicely tailored jacket. From full-length trench coats, to cozy wool and quilted coats, to parkas and peacoats… I love them all. But when it comes to a great leather jacket, my heart skips a beat. If you’re in the hunt for the perfect moto leather jacket, look no further. The second I set my eyes on this Balenciaga beauty, I knew I needed it in my life. If there’s absolutely one great leather jacket you should own, I suggest Balenciaga. The buttery leather, the bold design, the detailed elbow stitching, the extreme comfort– it’s the total package. This number is definitely one investment piece that I can’t get enough of!
