Happy Friday, friends!

We got back from San Diego on Wednesday and I must say– baby girl did great on her first trip! The plane ride up there was a breeze!!  We had a mild hiccup on the way back, only because the changing table slammed shut after using, making the loudest noise that any changing table in the world could make (of course!).  This frightened little bit, which led to screaming and me trying to soothe her in a tiny airplane bathroom.  It was a rough 5 minutes that felt like hours!!  I’m not quite scarred, but let’s just say my heart goes out to anyone traveling with a tiny babe.

On another note, I’m sharing one of my favorite travel dresses today!  This universal off-the-shoulder style can really dress up a look, while making it feminine and flirty.  You can wear this black mini pretty much to anything!  I played it up by layering a long VSA necklace, and my go-to booties.  I’ve gotten so much use out of these babies!!  I wore this look on our first night out in San Diego.  Although it rained half the time, I’m so glad we went!!  This mama needed to get out of Houston for a bit!
